About the role
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and management of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Support hazard identification and risk management
- Support safety performance monitoring
- Perform incident and occurrence investigations
- Support safety promotion and training
- Administer documentation and records
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the aviation field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in aviation (minimum requirement)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Root cause analysis skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literacy (MS Office or similar)
- Understanding of human factors in aviation
- Familiarity with aviation event investigation techniques (e.g., MEDA, 5-Why) is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
