About the service

Our modern maintenance facility at Sofia International Airport operates on 2 narrow-body lines specialized for A320fam and B737CL&NG which offer wide range of aircraft maintenance services including but not limited to:

Back Shop Capabitilies:

Our back shop capabilities cover wide range of services such as maintenance, repair and overhaul incl. refurbishment to comply with the highest industry standards and customer specification.

Interior shop

Inspections and defect rectification of Passenger, Cabin Attendant and Cockpit Seats, cosmetic treatment of leather seats, structural and mechanical repairs of monuments,carpet replacement from raw material and others;

Composite shop

Repairs of components on and off the aircraft, fabrication of cargo and cabin panels from raw material;

Sheet metal shop

Structural repairs on and off the aircraft, airframe modifications such as: wing corrosion, cockpit frame repl. Center and side post repl., T/R and Cowling repairs, and more. For components if within C6, C7 or C20); Cabin and cargo panel repairs by fabrication;

Paint shop

Located on the ground level in thehangar for interior and exterior parts. The shop is equipped with paint booth, mixing room and sanding room.

NDT lab

Up to level 3 high-quality NDT covering:

   o   Radiographic(X-Ray) Testing (IRT)

   o   UltrasonicInspection (UT)

   o   LiquidPenetrant Inspection (PT)

   o   MagneticParticle Inspection (MT)

   o   Thermography Testing (TT)

Contractual agreements with local shops providing services to:

Emergency equipment, Escape slides, Life vests; battery shops, wheel and brake shops, pressure bottle (oxygen, nitrogen) hydrostatic checks, ELT reprogramming and more.
