About the service

Our structural team is a select group of engineers and sheet metal professionals who concentrate on airframe modifications and repairs. They have solid experience with Wing corrosion, cockpit frame repl. Center and side post repl., T/R and Cowling repairs.

In addition to the aircraft and component maintenance, and NDT and borescope inspections, our Structural team provides operational flexibility and propose a solution to non-common request such as:

Planning and execution of major structural modifications

• window frame replacement
• cargo door reskinning
• replacement of fuselage skin panel
• frames and stringers
• and more

Preparing engineering reports

for structural damages where OEM shall be contacted

Availability to support AOG

Worldwide MobileGroups doing AOG Services and Structural Repairs abroad, incl. window frame replacement

Most of our Strucural specialists gained their knowledge and experience in an industry leading maintenance organisation and have performed heavy structural repairs and modification inhouse and throughout Europe including heavy repairs on AOG basis.

About 75% of our structural specialists are also trained and authorised on the main NDT methods which significantly speeds up the evaluation and repair times.
