Technical associate - warehouse

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Tracking incoming materials, parts, and tools to ensure their quality and quantity as initially ordered by the Logistics Specialist for our client projects.
• Coordinating instructions for transporting materials/parts to determine the correct packaging and delivery method for parts, materials, and tools required for shipment from the base.
• Monitoring storage instructions for materials and tools, providing information on discrepancies in documentation, stocks, storage methods, or their operating mode.
• Inspecting the condition of tools/materials (visual inspection) after their use and return by employees to the warehouse and tooling.
• Engraving tools and their initial entry into the storage and equipment system.
• Tracking calibration and maintenance deadlines for tools and equipment; sending them for calibration and repair when necessary.
• Ensuring that all necessary materials and tools are returned to the warehouse and tooling before the completion of the work projects.
• Organizing and maintaining documentation related to work tasks.
• Participating in inventory checks for the warehouse and technical premises - annually and upon request, preparing reports on availability.
• Sending proposals for minimum quantity/optimization of warehouse stocks.

Our requirements for you:

• Technical education - secondary specialized or higher education.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills.
• Capable of working independently but also able to integrate into a team of other professionals.

Proficiency in English will be considered an advantage.

Previous work experience with mechanical tools and equipment, as well as warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oasis, etc.) will expedite your integration into the work.
