Quality Engineer

‍Responsibilities:‍

• Support the development and management of the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Support hazard identification and risk management
• Support safety performance monitoring
• Perform incident and occurrence investigations
• Support safety promotion and training
• Administer documentation and records
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:‍

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the aviation field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in aviation (minimum requirement)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Root cause analysis skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy (MS Office or similar)
• Understanding of human factors in aviation
• Familiarity with aviation event investigation techniques (e.g., MEDA, 5-Why) is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
